"I hereby bequeath the sum of $____ (or a % of my estate, or the remainder of my estate) to the Catholic Community Foundation New Orleans (Federal Tax ID: 72-0840256) for the benefit of [Parish Name and/or School], with optional restrictions such as [Building Fund, Insurance Deductible Fund, etc.]."
